Privacy Agreement

When submitting an ticket, please make sure of the following:

  • Support is provided Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00 CET (UTC+1 or UTC+2 during Summer). Due to different timezones we cannot offer live support. However, your ticket will be answered as soon as possible in the before-mentioned schedule.
  • Provide as much information as possible regarding your enquiry (working links if you are requesting technical support, accurately describe your problem and steps to replicate it etc).
  • Make sure you have an active subscription if you are requiring technical support.
