How Does The Payment Work In The Contract?

Because we want to build a complete custom website requiring a lot of time and expertise, we work with a 3-year contract.

• Invoicing: We invoice per quarter beforehand.
• Start: The first quarter starts upon commission in hours. The contract period of 3 years only officially starts at the moment of delivery.
• Extension: After 3 years the contract is silently renewed, with a favorable cancellation period as laid down in the General Terms and Conditions. Clients stay mostly due to satisfied use of our services, because the system works and we are always ready to help.

Is This Also Suitable For Small Self-Employed Individuals?

Certainly. Our strength is that we allow small businesses to scale up with technology easily. You do not need to invest heavily immediately to appear professional.

Can I Adjust Texts And Photos Myself?

Absolutely. You get access to the user-friendly back-end (Joomla/Administrator) where you can easily manage texts, prices, opening hours, and images. Can't figure it out? Then our support does it for you.

What Happens If I Want To End The Collaboration? Can I Take My Website With Me?

That depends on the type of contract that you have concluded. Transparency stands central with us:

1. With a 'Lease' or SaaS model (Service/Lease Package):
You cannot take the website itself, but all your own data, disconnected platform (Joomla-framework and licenses). However, you retain at all times the ownership of all your data. You can export your data (customer data, orders, content, images) easily or have us export it, if desired, for a fee on a USB-stick or have it delivered in a common file format.

2. With a 'Custom' or Buy-Contract (Full Ownership):
If you have had a fully custom website built tailored to you and bought the intellectual property rights, then the website is completely yours. You can migrate the complete source code and database at any desired moment via a download link. For the supplying of data on a physical carrier (such as a USB-stick or hard disk) or assistance with the migration, we charge a market-conform amount considering the hours and material costs.
