Do I have to stop using Thuisbezorgd or UberEats?

No, that is not necessary. Use the large platforms for what they are good at reaching new people. But make sure these people order directly from you via your own site next time. Our Retention Module helps with this, for example by automatically sending a discount code after their first order that is only valid on your own site.

How does the payment of the advertising budget work?

You pay the media budget (for Google or Facebook) to us in advance, together with your monthly fee. We manage the balances for you and set hard limits. Your budget is your budget. You will never receive an invoice afterwards for clicks that you did not approve in advance.

I am a chef, not a marketer. Do I have to do anything myself?

Am I stuck in a long term contract?
